Received a call asking if I had time to chat for 20 minutes or so. I was busy, so we talked later in the day; this was the HR phone screen, I believe. I was told that the next round was 1on1 interviews with the team, and then I'd receive a response. I was set up with 3 consecutive video chat 30 minute interviews with different members of the team I was interviewing for. It felt informal; some of the interviews were essentially just a "get to know you" conversation. Some days later, I received an invite to another video chat interview with no clarification on the process (clarified it myself). After this 30 minute interview with the head of the team, I was sent an offer letter.
