3/4 rounds of interviews
If you are applying as a recent college graduate, be prepared to answer questions pertaining to your college experience, internships, projects, and why you chose to apply to Samsung (pretty easy)
you will 1st have a HR screening call - basic questions they ask you:
- salary expectations
- relocation availability
- "Tell me about yourself" questions
2nd / 3rd round interview:
2nd round interview is in front of hiring managers - similar to the HR screening, be prepared for culture fit questions "Tell me about a time you had to overcome adversity"
3rd round: (Technical Questions)
- this is the part that stresses out most candidates
- if you are applying for any entry role into supply chain. be prepared to be asked relevant questions about current supply chain bottlenecks, problems you see in the future, possible solutions to problems - (make sure to ask great questions as well - show the hiring manager you are proactive and a creative thinker who is able to diagnose problems before they happen)
the last part of the interview deals with an excel test - be prepared to know simple and complex formulas (Vlookups / Xlookups, IFs, pivot tables, Index) fairly straight forward but the excel questions are sometimes missing information - make sure to catch these - the interviewer is trying to gauge if you are detail oriented.
Lastly, be yourself
Pro tip: if you are not prepared to work long hours - do not waste your time applying for Samsung.
Good luck!
