I had a great interview experience with Salesforce! I went through four different rounds of interviews which consisted of an initial screening, an interview with a manager, a panel interview with two managers, and a presentation. Bianca was really great to work with. She took the time before each interview to share feedback and ensure that I was prepared for the next round. Everyone on the interview calls was engaged and answered all of my questions. I can't speak highly enough of the whole process.

Recruiter was very helpful in prep, gave pointers and insight into what might resonate (ie if I have experience value selling focus on that) Very transparent, got back to me quickly after each interview Had two phone interviews with recruiters, one with the hiring manager, a panel interview with two managers where we talked through my resume, and then a final round presentation with the previous to mgrs and an RVP Be prepared with your numbers, why salesforce, why a new company/role, how you proved ROI, and to talk to your transferable experience.
