Why are you looking to leave your current industry and move to tech?

Entrevista
The entire process was about one month long. I used a referral link to apply which I think was crucial to getting my application noticed. There was an initial phone screen, a call with my recruiter, a "panel interview" where I spoke with a VP and a Regional Manager, and then a "final presentation" interview where I presented to the same VP and then two additional Regional Managers. They let me know same-day of my panel interview that they wanted to move forward with me for the final presentation, and they let me know same-day of my presentation that they wanted to extend an offer. I was able to negotiate my salary. They sent me an official offer letter the same day, and I signed a few days later. Everyone I spoke with was kind and articulate. I was impressed with how organized and fast the hiring process is.
