The process was clear and fast. I understood the steps along the way and felt supported by the talent acquisition team. I felt I interviewed with a wide range of people and got to know the organization.

The interview process was a very positive experience overall. I had previously interviewed at Microsoft, Amazon, and Expedia, and this was by far the best experience. I applied in early September and was contacted just two days later by a recruiter, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. My interview journey included an initial conversation with the hiring manager, followed by three additional interviews with team members, including a current colleague in the role, a Director, and an SVP. After the hiring manager interview, I completed a writing assignment. I received an offer at the end of October, making the entire process about six weeks long. Additionally, I participated in the Salesforce Insiders Program, which allowed me to connect with a current employee and gain insight into what it’s like to work at Salesforce.
