Phone screen with recruiter (Salesforce internal), 30 min interview with hiring manager, 30 min interview with hiring manager peer, 30 min interview with VP of business and finally a panel with all three previous interviewers based on a set of questions (7 days to prepare).

Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
