The entire company and management team are skilled and knowledgeable. However, the interview process is extremely drawn out and convoluted.
They stress that it should be your sole focus, that it's harder to get into than Harvard, and that they recommend not mentioning any other companies being interested in you. Seriously.
They have a massive God complex when they introspectively view their company and hiring process. Be forewarned that you may be a fantastic professional but if one person thinks you won't be a fit "off dashboard" during the process, then you're s.o.l. my friend. This coming from someone who made it to the final presentation stage after 4 separate interviews in the process.
Feeling somewhat relieved to have not gotten the position in what is sure to be a micromanagement environment.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
