The process seemed efficient to get an interview. The interviewer was distracted and was not engaging. Feedback following the interview had to be chased. A very poor experience for what is supposed to be a great company.

The recruiter outlined the complete process at the start and gave regular updates. The interviewers were very respectful of the time and I felt the discussions were very thorough. There was ample opportunity to ask questions to the interviewers about company, culture & future growth potential for the role.
