I had an initial review with the recruiter, and she seemed more interested in what I make than what my qualifications are. I thought it was weird that she asked me my current salary on the first interview.

I was surprised she asked me my salary. Additionally, she offered nothing as far as what the job entailed, and didn't have any technical knowledge of the software this position is supposed to be selling.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
