Finally, I received a rejection mail "We discussed your assignment and assessed our applicants, and unfortunately we will not be moving forward with your candidacy for the Staff Technical Writer position at this time. We have decided to pursue candidates whose skills are more closely aligned to the immediate needs of the team." My only concern here is: was the HR/recruitment team sleeping when they were scanning for candidates? Why did they not think that my skills were not suitable in the first stage! Salesforce, you claim about so many rigorous strategies of selecting candidates -- it's just an eye wash! You surely need to rework on your strategies.

There is a written test first. It is followed by 2-3 rounds of interview. The final round was with the director. During the rounds they reiterated that remote work is not allowed.
