A multi-step process including a simulated business case presentation & product demo.
Flow was: HR screening; one to one with Hiring Manager; a Business Case in form of a prepared study for a role play Discovery Call and role played presentation to the CxOs (roles taken by hiring manager and relevant colleagues); one to one with VP focus on values and culture.
Sample org provided with preconfigured setup to use for product demonstration. Coach / Buddy provided to support along the way. Coach was focused to help succeed and provided insight on presentation approach and help with setup of product demo.

Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
