In the first step I had a telephone interview with a recruiter from Future Force. In this interview I was supposed to introduce myself briefly, whereupon he told information about the company. In the second step I had to complete a 1-hour programming test, whereupon in the third step a video interview was conducted with the responsible person of the location.
