First thing first, call with the recruiter. Do not expect just a quick screening. In my case 40-45min with typical questions about my background too. If you are a sales person you will be asked about ''tell me one time in sales that...'' Not a boring call.
Second stage the virtual. Be ready to sell yourself. Well prepared with all the basics about the company culture, CRM industry, news but also spend time on youtube for learning some sales techniques. Show that you know what you need to take from a sales pitch, what questions you need to ask the prospect and which are the next steps for them.
Third and final stage is the presentation for a potential new customer. Feel free to choose a SMB that you are interested in. A cloud based CRM system can apply in every sector. Then investigate in depth this company, how they are doing business, why SF has to approach them, which are the benefits that they will gain with SF. At the end you will have a sales pitch. Get pass the gatekeeper as many times they will refuse to pass the call to the CEO, you need be kind but also persistent. After that you might have a conversational contact with a sales director. He/She is interested to know some things about your personality and not how well prepared you were for the interview.
The interview process included a 30 - minute phone screen with HR, a 1 - hour interview with the hiring manager focusing on sales experience and CRM knowledge, and a final role - play exercise simulating a cold call to a prospect.

Great experience during 3 sets of challenging interviews. Firstly with the recruiter (30 min call), and then 2 sets of interviews with your hiring manager and with an additional person from the company. Very responsive and quick process as well with hiring manager and with recruiter too.
