Entrevista
First a call with the recruiter on the role, background and interests on both sides. Second step in the process is an 1 hour video call on the employee skill and role competency fit. After this directly a sales mock-call role-play will follow. When successful, the final step is to present the case role-play feedback, findings and conclusion in real life at the office.

3 steps: recruiter screen, recruiter, final round panelist. Talk about yourself, more conversational than technical. Did not do mock cold call or mock presentation at all. Purely questions like tell me about yourself, why salesforce etc
