I submitted my resume via employee referral, was contacted by recruiting via email within a week. We exchanged email to make sure interests were aligned. We then scheduled an initial phone screen. After the initial phone screen, they setup a phone interview with a peer of the position. After that call another phone screen was set with hiring VP. Next onsite panel interview with several peers and executives in the bay area. An additional interview was scheduled for me to present a case study. The team doing the interviewing was tremendous from start to finish. I felt all the more excited to join salesforce based on the people I had met during the interview process. They clearly take hiring very seriously and are extremely diligent. This is a positive in my opinion and helps ensure a high standard.
