Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Salesforce
Entrevista
The interview process with Salesforce was excellent. I began with an initial phone screen with a recruiter, a phone call with the hiring manager, a presentation to a panel of current Salesforce managers, and a final on-site interview with two regional VPs. The initial phone screens were fairly standard, focused on understanding my background, current role, and desire to join the Salesforce team. The presentation was a 10 minute sales role play where I was a Salesforce employee giving a sales pitch and software demo to a group of prospective customers (the presentation was done virtually). Finally, the on-site interview was 2 hours, focused mainly on behavioral-style interview questions. The turnaround time from final interview to offer was one week.

Pregunta 1
Tell me about an ethical dilemma you experienced at work.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
