Very well organized process. Clear understanding of what the steps would be and what the schedule was. Started with a basic screening interview, then the hiring manager, a panel interview with the team, and then the director of the whole department.

Entrevista
There is a written test first. It is followed by 2-3 rounds of interview. The final round was with the director. During the rounds they reiterated that remote work is not allowed.

good, everything was very clear. asked basic behavioral (star) and technical questions. had a live writing test and was asked to share samples. overall a strong experience, recruiters were very responsive. nothing to take note of.

Entrevista
One initial screening, an interview with the international manager, followed by a monitored exercise, and another interview with two team members. Overall, a long and draining process which could’ve been avoided, given that they knew I didn’t have enough experience for the role and wouldn’t have been hired anyway.
