The process started when I met with the on campus recruiter at my university. I expressed interest and was able to have a first round interview. The first interview was pretty behavioral and cultural fit focused. Later I had a second interview where I interviewed 1:1 with two different people for twenty minutes each via Google Hangout. The second interview was more technically skilled based.
