Very responsive and professional throughout. Phone screen by 3 individuals then panel interview in person using a case study.
Wanted to understand why I was searching and why Salesforce might be a good fit.
Wanted to know if I understood Agile vs Waterfall methodologies
First was HR screening, then 3 phone calls (with Skype video as option) and then in person panel interview.

Tell us about a recent project experience where you had a disagreement with the customer and how did you handle it?
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
