Shortlisted within 1 week. Interview was physical with HR and Interviewer. Taken place at Kim Chuan Depot for the mentioned above role. Interview was easy going as the interviewer is curious to know about your character and passion along with explanation of the role. General questions asked are can you handle shiftwork or location. It feels more like a briefing than an interview at some point. Process is smooth and fast with offer received within 1 day.

Entrevista
An in-person interview was conducted at Kim Chuan Depot for the mentioned role. The interview is conducted with both the HR and the interviewer. The interview is straightforward with guiding as most of the time the interviewer will mostly explain the role responsibilities and the rotating shifts that come with it. It is more of a breifing than an interview. The process is smooth and quick with the offer received within at most 2 day.

Great. Smooth process. No pressure, no stress induced by employers. Employers were genuinely engaged with the conversation of hiring you. Standard question involves if you're comfortable with working rotational shifts - morning, afternoon and night shifts.
