An in-person interview was conducted at Kim Chuan Depot for the mentioned role. The interview is conducted with both the HR and the interviewer. Interview was easy going as the interviewer is curious to know about your character and passion along with explanation of the role. General questions asked are can you handle shiftwork or location. It feels more like a briefing than an interview at some point. Process is smooth and fast with offer received within 1 day.

Great. Smooth process. No pressure, no stress induced by employers. Employers were genuinely engaged with the conversation of hiring you. Standard question involves if you're comfortable with working rotational shifts - morning, afternoon and night shifts.
