The process was quite long but the interviewer was quite friendly and assured me that, even with the long period, they will let me know any decision that they will make
After a short phone call with HR there is usually 1 virtual interview for an entry level position, for a senior position you might be required to show up for an on-site interview round as well.

Applied online to multiple areas/positions, I have the necessary skills, education and experience, yet they provide no explanation on declining these applications. It is almost impossible to tell what their HR team wants.
