It started with a fairly long phone Interview, on-site interview, then there would have been a second interview after that, which I believe would have been the final interview. I filled out some basic standard paperwork as well (ethnicity, veteran status). Very professional and well organized process.Overall, I was very happy with the interview process, which I thought they handled well.

The process is straight forward,though I could not ascertain how the selection process was done.Each candidate was called upon to make his or her presentation.The only odd from the interview was that we were not told it was Robert Bosch until we started facing the panel,which was not really right and do not make our preparation better.
