The Assessment Center was quite intense. There were 4 staff and 2 current placement students assessing 7 of us. The day started with a brief introduction, then a group exercise where they assessed you on your ability to work in a team, to voice your opinions and defend yourself. Then I had to give a 4 minute presentation about myself and my ambitions (which was prepared beforehand), followed by Q&A. This was quite intense because the staff seemed quite strict and sometimes they gave personal questions which were intimidating. Be careful not to reveal any information that could end up reflecting badly on you. Then, there was individual exercise which consists of writing a letter and a phone interview. You will be judged on how effective and polite you are dealing with difficult situations. Finally, individual interviews where they asked many situational questions.
