Three stages, first on the web, a video recording interview. Second with the HR. Third with the managers- a technical interview. May require one more meeting with the managers. Usually pretty serious, be aware of what the plant produces and it's properties. Wear smart casual.

Q: Describe a situation from your teamwork that you were having a difficulty with someone. What was you action?
Process was typical with loads of standard Hr type questions. For example how do you see yourself in 5 years. What do you know about the company? Etc Got the job offered but I did not go further with them.
The HR department will contact you to inquire about your salary expectations. Following that, they will schedule an interview for you with the Senior Engineering team. During the interview, they will ask about your academic background, with a particular emphasis on your dissertation work
