The whole process took 2 months. I applied to their careers website. There was a phone screening first with a recruiter from HR, then a personal interview at the manufacturing plant with the department leader to whom the position was directly allocated. The personal interview was around 45 minutes long.

How do I react in a situation when there is an issue with a peer (e.g. the peer does not give you the information you are looking for, he/she is hard to cooperate with)? Can I solve it without turning to the department leader?
