Very poor experience, went through a few rounds - everyone individually seemed okay, after the 3rd round was ghosted randomly, I reached out to the recruiter on two occasions to better understand what the status was but just got ghosted (this was over the span of a month). Company claims to do a lot and use AI for their customers but cannot even send out a basic rejection email. Pass on them if you get a chance, and looking at the below other interviews this is a regular occurrence. I am almost sure they are just fishing to understand the current process / what is out there.
