Was told there would be 3 interviews. Recruiter at RedMane called me in late evening a few times to set up additional interviews because they really wanted to fast track the process. I ended up with doing 6 interviews. They all had brain teasers and quizzes which was fine at first, as I answered them all "correctly" even though they said they just wanted to see how I reasoned through them. But after a while seemed kind of pointless. Got to the final interview with CEO who seemed interesting enough. He asked me what questions I had. I had been told that they were undergoing a great growth surge and expected more growth. I asked how they were going to handle this; I had worked at places where the growth surge becomes kind of messy production, and if you don't have a plan, things get overly stressful and the growth starts to turn against itself. He brushed off that question saying that if you have the right people the problems just solve themselves.

Lengthy interview in depth personal questions. 6 interviews total with different people. Alot of time for a potential job. Would be nice if some interviews are combined. Would love to get honest feedback on interview. It seems i got thr same standard response as others.
