Descent experience. Balance of team members and leaders. The HR team was awesome and sold the company well. The teams seemed solid and collaborative. The exec leadership was weird. Not direct and felt very illusive in questions and what they were looking for. Think they just wanted an interim leader to clean house so the CEO/CFO could sell the company and make a ton of cash.
