Entrevista
CV screening, followed by a technical excel test and a self led video interview. The final 2 steps are the assessment centre and a final interview. AC was a 6 hour day where you have to give a 3.5 minute presentation on any topic of your choice. Then a group presentation on allocating a large budget to 4 main departments for a theme park and finally a technical test on excel.

Start of the process included a video interview and excel task.
The assessment centre was very long and unnecessarily drawn out. Silly ice breakers and barely any breaks. Long presentation about nothing. I would not recommend.

Entrevista
Multi stage, including online assessment, excel task, assessment centre (online) and final interview. Reasonably engaging process and easy to navigate with good communication from recruitment team, but significant time allocation and absolutely no feedback despite significant effort towards application.
