Assessment included with individual preparation, group preparation of 6 people and technical assessment and it was throughout the whole day and virtual session and we meet new people and it was lovely to know more about the role and the company and ask questions

Online assessment before assessment day. Assessment day began with a totally superfluous presentation that could have been an email and lasted 90minutes. After wasting our time they proceeded to admit the "London" posting was a lie and they in fact did not have a London office and you would essentially always be working outside of London.
