It started off well, both Sam and Martyn were very warming and engaging. The individual presentations were interesting to listen to and the group work was an interesting challenge. The technical assessment however was very unclear on how to approach it. It was very difficult to understand what sort of answers were desired for the different sections of the answer sheet. The technical assessment during the application process (before the video interview stage) was laid out significantly clearer and it was obvious what needed to be done for it. If this assessment was introduced in the same manner, it would've been a much less stressful experience.

Assessment Centre was a great experience - very friendly, open to all questions, and tested a variety of skills in candidates. We first received a company presentation to understand who QR is and what they do. We were then put into breakout rooms to do invidiual presentations, followed by a group assignment. Lastly, we did a technical assessment that tests how well we can summarise data onto a single page, as well as connecting the dots of information.
