The video interview had mainly soft skills questions, so I would say practice them. I used the apprentice guide to help me practice video interviews, its quite good. It costs £10 a month but is totally worth it.

Relaxed, asked simple questions but expected a lot in response. Wouldn't give much help if you weren't sure on how to answer a question. Very nice people though and they were very accomodating.
