Bad experience for me in SHL for the lead Performance Position.
Lack of Structure/Inconsistent Question/Unclear Evaluation Criteria/Unprofessional Behavior.

In some instances, the interviewers appeared unprepared and did not display the level of professionalism expected for Lead position interview.
The questions asked during the interview were often repetitive and did not seem to align with the requirements of the Lead performance role. This inconsistency made it difficult to showcase my relevant experience and skills effectively.It seemed like he had no clue about performance testing.
There was a lack of transparency regarding how candidates would be evaluated. It was unclear what specific qualities or experiences the interviewers were looking for, which made it challenging to tailor my responses to their expectations.
There were multiple instances where the interview agenda was unclear, and it felt as though there was no coherent plan for evaluating candidates.
Advice to Management: To improve the interview process, I recommend implementing a more structured approach with clear agendas and evaluation criteria, this process would greatly enhance the candidate experience.
And further send such a skilled QA manager for interview who knows the process and requirements of what the company needs.
I would like to mention the name of the QA manager ( Ishan) here so that people do not face any problem in giving interview.
First round STAR questions and behavioral questions. Second round, it was mostly oral verbal technical questions, working through talking about technical projects I've worked on before. Asked if I worked in a group setting or a hackathon.

The interview process was smooth. There were some questions on java as well as my past experience. Questions related to projects I worked on and tech stack of my project.

It was good environment with no pressure question . It mainly focused on behavioural based questions giving situation based scenarios and basic SQL type questions may sometime tell you to write the snippet
