Applied through employee referral, got a call with scheduled telephonic round, first round went well and I was through to it, then it all started, I have to send 5 reminder mails to get the status of my candidature and this took almost a month for them to reply with positive response that I am through to first round & I got a response from HR that she has mailed me my status then only which never come to my inbox, at this point I would have agreed that one might have missed the mail but one should respect individual when someone is sending 5-6 reminders I do not know how long would it had been taken to reply on the reminder stating the result.There only I have decided not to go ahead with my candidature with such company which do not respect the time of an individual and I have withdrawn my application on my own. Anyways after I have withdrawn my application on written mail yet I got a call from different HR from PwC only saying I have to come to Bangalore for F2F round and when I asked if they are going to sponsor the trip from Delhi to Bangalore, the lasy say "NO", I mean what they are expecting that one should travel from Delhi to Bangalore to attend their Interview for which again one has to go in wait loop of 1 month and several reminder mails. Very pathetic I must say and there is communication gap with in the team itself.
