Entrevista
There were 3 rounds, first was a basic screening round. then they scheduled a technical round (1 to 1) which was 30 mins and then after a week another technical round 30 to 60 mins with 3 senior tech heads. The interviewer was so nice in the first round it felt so great. the second round comprised diff people and mixed backgrounds. One from Business and other two from technical. I kept on checking with the HR about the outcome but she never responded.

Conjunto de entrevistas: uma entrevista com RH, outra com gerente de projeto (com apoio de outro tech leader do time para questionamentos tecnicos e verificacao de conhecimento) e outra com o sócio/diretor, sendo esta ultima mais focada na contratacao em si.
I didnt get an offer but the process consist in:
* English test, will take 2 hours to complete and you need to have a score of B2 or more
* Tech Interview with Mexico Team
* Tech Interview with Usa team
* I don't know if there are more but maybe there is a client interview process
I got it until the tech interview with mexico team and didnt pass, there were some basic questions about dependency injection and so on, I don't know why I didnt pass, maybe they looked me too young for the position but I answered the questions correclty but they suggested the recruiter to move my process for a sr. swe role and recruiter forgot me after that feedback.
