Sono stato contattato da un'HR tramite LinkedIn, a seguito di un breve colloquio conoscitivo telefonico, sono stato ricontattato dal manager del team di riferimento dell'azienda per un colloquio tecnico e più approfondito sulla posizione. Sono stati abbastanza chiari sulla tipologia di mansioni e sulle prospettive di inserimento future.

Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. Gave answers as options to pick from.
Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
