Has initial interview and final interview. The initial interview is more about yourself. Your short term and long term goals, achievements and etc. Once you passed the initial interview you will be endorse to the final interview which is the HR round, the questions would be academic and test of your knowledge.

Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.
