Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en PwC (Houston, TX) en oct 2022
Entrevista
Started off with a 10 minute intro with an Associate, just to check tech and connection and a brief overview of what the position is like and some things PwC offers. After that, it was a 30 minute interview with a Partner and then a 30 minute interview with a Manager. Partner interview was a little different because it was basically “tell me about yourself” and then he wanted me to ask questions to him and have a conversation. I came prepared with some good questions to ask, so I think he liked that. Partner was really chill and fun to talk to, and I didn’t think it went too bad.
However, the manager was a little unprofessional by reading questions right off the screen, not making real eye contact, and even called the Partner I interviewed with by the wrong name(think of a similar set of names like Patricia instead of Patrick) and gender. I corrected her, but she didn’t seem to care. She asked mostly behavioral questions and it wasn’t too difficult. We got along nicely as well
Overall, it was a pretty straightforward interview and rather easy and not stressful. However, the unprofessionalism on display made it felt like no one wanted to really be there, and gave me a slightly negative image of PwC.

Name one time where you had to communicate with someone on your team who was a little difficult to work with
lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.
