Primo contatto tramite un selezionatore su LinkedIn, che mi ha mandato un link tramite cui candidarmi. Successivamente mi ha chiamato un collega HR che mi ha chiesto di fissare una videocall e mi ha mandato dei test da compilare. Mando il tutto e facciamo la videocall: i due recruiter non sapevano di cosa stavano parlando (specifiche sulla posizione ecc), ma hanno detto che avrei ricevuto maggiori informazioni successivamente. A un mese dal colloquio non ho ancora ricevuto un riscontro. Atteggiamento inaccettabile, un feedback (seppur negativo) va SEMPRE inviato. Da pwc onestamente mi aspettavo di più.

Phone screening with recruitment team, progressing to a 1.5-hour video interview with two managers consisting of competency-based questions which really probed on giving real life examples of experience, whilst linking back to the PwC values and behaviors that they look for. They were looking for great detail on working with large client groups and supporting their cyclical processes.
