I am not from a school they typically recruit from for internships. I had to apply online, and luckily knew a few people within the firm. I worked diligently to make myself known, through phone conversations with a recruiter, emailing a partner that I had a mutual relationship with (I don't recommend this unless you are certain of the relationship and how they may react), and checking in fairly often. Had an initial screening with recruiting, a phone interview with HR, and then a full day interview in the office with a partner and two managers (all separate 1 on 1 interviews). Had my offer the same day, though that is not always the case/common. Often times you hear back within a week or two with a verbal offer.

How do you feel about working these crazy hours during busy season?
Structured. HR, then two interviews. Mostly behavioral, but had a great experience. Interviewers showed genuine curiosity and interest and asked interesting questions. I would recommend having a good story and connecting it to the role
I had an interview with PwC (Pasig). The usual HR interview and more situational questions The interview was chill, but prepare for a lot of interesting story-telling. After the HR interview will be the Manager.

Entrevista
GBA- VI- Superday (group interview, 2 V.S. 1 15min individual interview). Pretty fluent process, nice talk, nice group mates, high pass rate(from a personal perspective). Nothing more to share. Trying to write more things to achieve 30-word minimum.
