Its a 3-stage process. They will email you with the schedule of exam. The exam consists of accounting, behavioral and excel but everything are mostly accounting and audit related. I passed the exam and immediately given a sched for the initial interview. The initial interview took exactly 30 mins. The interview is more on behavioral. After passing the initial I proceeded for the final interview with the manager on the next day. The interview also took 30 mins. He asked me to walk him through my resume and asked me what I know about the company. He also had two situational questions for me. After the questions he already had a feedback and gladly he said that I aced the final interview. All in all the process were smooth and quick. You just have to be yourself and dont be too nervous. The interviewers were really nice.
lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.
