Received phone call from the HR department. Took about 15 minutes and was asked general questions on your academic background and co-curricular activities. Did not receive any feedback within 2 weeks and followed up with the respective PIC and was told I was offered the job.

Straightforward process overall - this followed the milkround process used by all big 4 accounting firms as they are aware candidates will be applying for multiple firms. Quick turnaround on providing the offer and good communication throughout.

It was part of a campus recruitment drive at my university where I participated in a group interview session for internship selection. During the process, I had the opportunity to interact with other candidates, demonstrate my communication and teamwork skills, and experience how companies assess potential interns in a more dynamic and collaborative setting.
