Online application is straightforward and then you are asked to complete numerical and verbal reasoning test. If successful in these you are then invited for a video interview. The video interview comprises of questions like why the firm and the role and also scenario based questions on how you would approach certain problems or how to react to some situations. If successful you are then invited to the final round which is an assessment centre and final interview. The assessment centre was virtual and you are on a zoom call all afternoon where you have to write a report on a company, answer emails, analyse data and also have a group meeting with some people on your zoom call discussing different factors affecting a business you are given. The interview itself was very pleasant and quite relaxed and was more focused on your understanding of the role and what you are required to do, also things that are affecting the industry and particular service line you applied for. There was also and other scenario based questions like in the video interview.
