Difficult questions arises from technical questions - you really need to know the area you are applying for because any weakness identified in your first interview will be re-visited in the second interview.
Partner chat - commercial questions around my opinions, technical about specific considerations, what I think about the market and leadership questions: what do you want to do, whats important, how would you lead etc
