The interview was very short. The first 10 minutes the interviewer took me all over the place trying to find a meeting room. Once he found one, just glanced at my resume and asked me to explain what is lambda expression in Java 8. I went to he board and started to explain but the interviewer cut it short saying the profile is not matching to the requirements. The interviewer was not interested in looking at my skill set or experience even though the requirement was for a lead role. They should have taken the time to shortlist the profile before instead of asking the candidate to waste half a day in travelling to the office just to inform that the profile is not suitable for the opening.
