Met with recruiters at career fair and was soon offered to interview and invited to dinner to meet with company representatives. The next day I had two 15-minute behavioral interviews and invited back for super day at office. I declined office interview due to another opportunity

There’s no HR. Two to three coworkers in Audit-Team will interview you (so no problem-solving questions). Highly related experiences require, which is hard for a student first apply for an internship.

L'iter di selezione inizia con una telefonata da parte delle risorse umane, procede con un colloquio conoscitivo - attitudinale sempre con le risorse umane e prosegue con due colloqui tecnici con due senior manager del team di riferimento per la posizione.
Entspannt und angenehm. Es wurde hauptsächlich auf personal fit geachtet und ein bisschen über die motivation gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, ich fühlte mich wohl. Insgesamt wirklich einfach und angenehm.
