I went to meet the firms at my school and got in contact with the campus recruiter. I made sure she remembered me. She called me for a phone interview. It went well. It was with a tax director. Then second round came and I had 3 interviews one with a tax manager, a senior tax manager and another one with a tax partner. All two interviews round were behavioral questions.

Tell me about a time when you had a confrontation with a team member ? Was it avoidable?
It was a great interview process. It was easier than I expected because there were no technical questions, only conceptual questions. There were two back to back interviewers, manager/director and then a partner.

Entrevista
Went really smoothly, 2 interviews back to back. They had me wait in a zoom meeting with another associate answering questions before the interview. The interview itself was really fast paced, but the interviewers were really nice and answered questions very honestly.
I had my interview online for the Tax Summer Internship. There were two interviews during the session, both very friendly and approachable. The interview questions were not difficult. Very easy going and it's like having a friendly conversation.
