I interviewed through campus placement programme conducted by ICAI for newly qualified CA. We had to submit a campus placement form within a pre-determined date to register for the programme. After that there was an online shortlisting of candidates by various organisations in which we were informed date of interview, position offered, approximate number of vacancies and starting CTC.
