I applied online. Was asked to do the 3 standard tests - verbal reasoning, math reasoning and logic reasoning tests. Got an interview invitation 2 weeks later. Interview was with a director of the department that I applied for. Interview was casual and light-hearted. Just be yourself!

It was an okay interview session, in which it lasted for an hour. Mostly panels will ask about yourself so that they can better understand you as a person. There were only two panels which consist of Senior Manager and a Manager.
